BASICS is a new series of books designed for architecture students and young professionals. The BASICS books reinforce the key design and construction concepts necessary for practitioners for the duration of their careers in architecture. Organized in individual volumes, the first modules of BASICS are specifically addressed to those just beginning their studies. The series begins with two titles each that cover the three most basic subjects confronting the beginning student: design, the fundamentals of presentation, and construction.
